Hot Dog Cart

I was supposed to write this review way back, but it didn't go through, I'm sorry! The hot dogs here were AMAZING and I am speaking from a NYC perspective! The homemade chili with cheese is amazing. Both spicy and regular dogs are of the highest quality. The kids loved the cooked onion and ketchup. The owner was so friendly and nice that we wanted to hug him! Do not miss this spot, it's the street best food in Washington DC!

Why does this get 5 stars? Because it's everything you can ask for in a hot dog stand. Delicious dog, great homemade chili, friendly service. I will definitely return here, and it's set the bar for any future hotdogs I have. I'm jealous of the FAA staff who have this awesome lunch available every day!

You will come here. I insist. I can't figure out how Samy doing this magic in small shop but sausage and bun were so warm & JUICY. I asked him twice more chilly willing to pay more, oh chilly was good. I am sure this is best hotdog in DC. Looking foward to come back to DC and Samy's someday again!

This chili hotdog was very delicious, it exceeded my expectations I love spicy food and the spicy chili hotdog was really nice to me. If I am nearby again, I will go to eat another hotdog!

I work in the area and don’t have a lot of time for lunch. Sami not only is the quickest option, it’s the most affordable and most delicious! Legit best hot dog stand in DC. Tasty juicy dogs. I love mine with sauerkraut, mustard and onions but the best is the spicy dog with chili and cheese! There’s a pretty little park with a great view of the Capitol across the street where you can eat your food. A must for any tourist looking for cheap, delicious eats.

Best hot dog we've ever had. Great chili dogs with a wide variety of toppings. Variety of chips, drinks, and snacks. The owner is very friendly. It was so good we ate there twice during our trip. Would highly recommend it! There is a small park with benches nearby.

Came to DC on business from Colorado, saw this hot dog cart had 5 star reviews so I thought "really? That good?! Let's do this!" Sami's chili cheese dog was the best I've had! Full of flavor, warm, and fresh. Only down side was now I want another one!

Very delicious hotdog. I would recommend if you're looking for a quick bite. They are very nice, too.
