LOL... I kept all yo money, that's right, so what! Haha!
Canceled and needed to reschedule the very first appointment. Called and didn't leave a message 9:00 PM the day before. I was waiting at the office the next afternoon when I received a text stating that I would have to reschedule. I was not impressed by the lack of professionalism. Never rescheduled.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! After being a repeat customer and spending close to $1000 at this establishment, they tell me I've been accused of stealing $15 out of a TIP jar!!! Outrageous. Unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
