Hot Spot Auto Parts

Love this place! Andy is great to work with, can order parts through emails and is very quick responding. Easy to order while at work etc. Gets me the right parts every time and best price. Would recommend.

Absolutely incompetent. Called in to get specific parts for my car. Told them my car make, model, everything to ensure the correct parts. When I went in, the guy at the counter sold me the parts. When I got them home, I checked to see if they were the right ones, the ones I ordered. They were not. Now Hot Spot won't take the unused parts back. I'm out hundreds of dollars on THEIR mistake. Please! If you're looking to get parts from them, DON'T!

The Owner of this place is Extremely Rude, his a Racist and has no form of customer service at all...today I went there and asked him a simple question, the guy was really rude and his like if you think am rude why do you come here?? Please guys if you can get your parts from else where that would be great..don't go to this place on steeled& weston rd..
