Worse service of 5 states. Most drivers are rude, and if one bus is late (they have a whopping 3 routes, and each only runs once an hour) they hold the other two making everyone late, then they drive at breakneck speeds up hills and around corners to try to make it up. I'd leave them a zero if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not dependable at all!! Sometimes they show up most of the time they don't. Just stood in 25' cold weather an bus is supposed to be at stop around 12 after and at 35 after the three of us are still waiting. The other busses go but not ours. I depend on the bus to get me to work on time! That's why people pay you. We do our part now it's time for you to do your part. Yesterday going home, I was waiting and the driver wasn't even gonna stop. I have lived in several big cities with public transportation and this by far is the crappiest one I've used. Get it together! The busses break down FIX THEM! Driver can't do their job REPLACE THEM! It's common sense. I know this city has plenty of money so use it for something besides the stupid racetrack and casino.
