I did business with the most kind person there and he was so helpful. He was actually my old neighbor as far as the business because I used to stay on the Block 8 Mile and Marlow Street in Detroit where it is and he somehow remembered me to a certain extent. I was having a dilemma with my two front rims on my Mercedes and people were trying to overcharge me everywhere but he did not. He gave me the best price he could and for me that was the best price ever to weld my rims. I'm so grateful to him and this place I will never take my car anywhere else because of his kind spirt. Thanks again and again! This business definitely has a heart.

Came 30psi over inflated with wheel weights falling off, and when the wheels started to crack from damage . They played stupid, trying to pass blame. Scam company

Pricey but can repair a rim & get you back moving. Also variety of nice rims if you can afford to upgrade... Can order your tires. Best to wait if its a busy day...

Great service w/ Jeff.. the selection was a bit more limited than I would have imagined though. Couldnt find anything in a solid gloss black even called other locations. Overall though.. I'm happy

I am so happy with my experience at this location! My mom and boyfriend took me in to pick out a new set of rims for my car as a present. We first went to a location at 13540 E 8 mile and we were not happy with the service we received. They seemed very preoccupied and uninterested in helping us much with our search. At first I had picked out a set of rims where they told me to look and then they said they can not do the one I picked out for my car. We then decided to try out at a different location which is this one at 14711 8 mile rd. As soon as we arrived a very nice guy named Terrn was ready to help us on our search. He personally pointed out every option I had to choose from for my car. I ended up being torn between two different styles so he insisted that we take them out to my car to see what I thought would look best. He carried the rim outside and put it up to my car and then I automatically knew which one I wanted. While my car was being serviced they asked if we wanted anything to drink. They were fast and efficient with the service and I am very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend checking out their options and I hope you find what works for you too!

I like that location, but the men are lazy about helping the women and our need for rims too. We like our whip to look tasty too. I have credit their and still don't have new rims, for my Nissan-Rogue, because no one want to take the time to help me find, what I want it's not that difficult. I like beauty to but I don't like to be rush or sold something I don't like. I'm looking, for a sales person, who's willing to sale me rims to match my truck!

I am really happy with my service I received from Hot Wheel8mi today. Leah, took her time and answered all of my questions. Today, its rainy so I didn't even have to wait to get them put on!!!! Love it
