Amazing studio...love it!

Such a great studio. Every instructor is professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience in the 5 years I’ve been going. They value EVERY body in every capacity and I feel it’s one of the most inclusive studios in the city.

Best Hot Yoga studio around! Justin is amazing, Joel is epic! Give their classes a try, you won’t regret it!!

Many of the teachers are detailed in their sequencing and technical in there queuing of the asana and breathing exercises. In addition, the studio offers a varied style of classes and welcoming atmosphere.
