they do not answer emails and phone calls. I have been trying to get a hold of them for two months to see if I’m available to come in to retake my school photos. resent the email multiple times just in case they didn’t happen to see it the first time but still never answered

Coming from a photographer, their setup is VERY impressive. My only "real" complain is the prices. Overall, best quality on the island.

My daughter had her senior portraits taken here & she enjoyed her experience. They were professional & made her feel comfortable because all her photos came out beautiful!

Like many of the other "not so stellar" reviews, our appointment took close to three hours, the photographer was rude to my daughter for no reason, the space area too small for all of the children's pictures they are trying to take, the waiting area TV was too loud and I didn't have my hearing aids in...a mess of a day. But photos were nice... expensive, but we are okay with them.

I also would give 0 stars if I could.  Let me start by saying I have done senior portraits my 3 older kids at 2 other studios and was very happy with their pics. My 4th child did senior pics here recently; many were on backgrounds we didn’t choose, like or want. You are told to choose 7 in the mail out you receive ahead of time. we did. Families sit there waiting to be helped while they talk amongst themselves.  Young man “in charge” was defensive and rude and offered nothing to make it right when I said we weren’t happy.  My child was upset to see what we did not choose, as was I.   Props, poses and backdrops are dated and old.  Looks like the same old stuff used when I was in high school! As another reviewer said, 0 creativity.  The best thing about it was the photographer was a nice man and kind to my kid and girl who rang us up was sweet.  Oh, and our appointment was 3 hrs long!! When they advertise it takes 1/2 the time.  And the young man was foolish enough to mention that it was “a slow day”.  Would’ve hate to have gone when they are busy.  It’s a monopoly.  You don’t have a choice if your child wants to be in their own yearbook.

Very disappointed. Finally got to speak with someone after weeks of trying to be told that my son will probably not get his senior pictures done in time to be in the yearbook because they only take pictures on the weekend, if they have enough bookings. I was basically told that I waited too long because they've been doing this all summer which I did not know and pointed it out to the lady I was speaking with and that basically it was my fault, but not in those words. I was told that they can only book one day at a time and that this Saturday 21 Octl was the only day open. When I mentioned that his high school has a band competition that day, I was pretty much told in different words that meant 'too bad for me'. When I asked to book the next Saturday Oct 28, I was told that day is not open and they don't know if they will open it; only if they have enough students coming that day. When I asked was there another Studio that took student pictures for yearbookn they told me "No because [they] have a contract with the schools". When I asked, "well what if I book a private session for my son to get this done, are you telling me you can't do that?" The answer was that they cannot do that because they are too busy going to the schools everyday and taking pictures there. The female I spoke to on the phone was very uncooperative and full of excuses. I told her to "have a great day" and hung up quickly instead of extending an unfruitful conversation. They do not care about the customers or the fact that they are here to help make these seniors memories great. If there was a way I can go around it,I am looking for it and would never recommend this place to anyone!

They offer only one day each month during which customers may pick up their photos which were paid for at the time they were ordered. If you're unavailable that day, you have to wait until the next month to see what one day they will offer. Very frustrating.

It was a nice short sitting for my daughter's senior pics to be done. Little waiting area with tv and ac was a plus. Price packages kind of high but manageable. A little inconvenience with the login for online viewing. Overall it was an alright experience. Casual place.
