This place/location never cease to amaze me. 5 Ambience 5 Service 5 Drinks 5 Meal 5 cleanliness 5 promptness I've been to this place several times and not once have I or my party have been disappointed. Everything on the menu comes out fresh and tasty, seasoned to perfection. The drinks are on point, perfect blend of mix and alcohol and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. If you haven't been here you have to try it believe me you won't regret it!!! Enjoy Kid-friendliness: There are options for kids to choose from. Burgers, fries, chicken etc... Wheelchair accessibility: Located on ground level with direct access to entrance form the sidewalk.
Great spot for having drink and food with family and friends, amazing view and outdoor seating, fir drink I ordered Mango & passion fruit hard seltzer, if you like sweet beer this is the best one, for lunch I got HOQ chicken sandwich and I loved it, very friendly and good staff, if you are looking for good place to have good time, here is the one. Thank You guys :
The worst bbq I ever had in my life, no joke! Service I'd give negative stars, you'll never see your server after you order. The drinks, watered down everything, the tea was brown water. Now food- we ordered 1/2 lb of just about every meat, Mac n cheese, and a pickle. They charge $.60 for 1 pickle spear. The food is crazy overpriced for the smallest, overcooked, flavorless food. The sausage had a weird flavor almost like chemicals. The ribs were like dog bones, the pork shoulder was so dry it tasted like sawdust. We left and went to Ruth's Chris by our hotel, they saved us! This place is a joke when it comes to bbq. A bunch of millennials serving dry overcooked garbage.
First off, being from Texas myself, this restaurant shouldn't have that in their menu for the food. Bar definitely has the look. Secondly, taco Tuesday is a joke. 1st order you get 3, then after you are only allowed 1 at a time with a span of 10 avg minutes between tacos takes 30 seconds to eat one. Game tactic, likely cus it discourages to order more or even want more. Got into restaurant at 545. Waited until 6 to order the "taco Tuesday special" and not because of food or fast service. Stayed almost 2 hours in a mostly empty restaurant photos attached so can't be because they were busy it took a while to get tacos. The brisket, not tasteful, moist or breaks apart like Texas brisket should be. Chicken was dry. Lastly this is a bar atmosphere if you wanting to come in, drink shiners beer with friends and nachos if you want to munch on something. Outside view is good to sit outside and admire.
Get the chicken and waffles!!! It was to die for. And on weekends they have brunch specials with 3 dollar mimosa refills. The live music there is also pretty good. Great place to meet up with friends and get a little tipsy. The location is also really nice as it overlooks the Hudson river and city. They have outside seating which is ideal in the summer. I highly recommend coming here.
The worst BBQ place !!! The hostess said that we will have to leave the restaurant if we want to spend there more than 2 hours even tho i had a reservation... The food was dry and not fresh. Poor menu. The hostess and waiters chewing gum like cows ... Very uneducated and unprofessional stuff! Never again!
Ate here for the first time and will definitely be my last. First the table we got seated at is wobbly and we ended up moving to a different table. The utensils we got were missing a fork and I had to get up to ask for one. My drink also had some dirt/smudge on the inside of the cup and when I complained about it, the worker insisted that the cup was new and that the dirt was on the outside. He didn't even bother checking the cup before saying that. The dirt was definitely inside because I tried wiping it on both sides. Either way there should not be ANY dirt on my drink to begin with. They did not even apologize or offered to remove my drink off the bill. The dirt was not visible until I drank some of the water down drink. Had I seen it before that, I would not have drank it at all. When we left, that's when I saw the workers inspecting the drink. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend eating here.
The views and location are the greatest asset to this spot. You can walk off your food after indulging in your favorite BBQ meals. I felt a little risky and selected the Sloppy Texan. Unfortunately, the flavors didn't spark my taste buds. The good thing about this restaurant is the size. There was plenty of room for bigger groups. Seems like a great spot to drink and watch the games.
Service was awful. Silverware did not come out with the food. We waited ten minutes before I saw someone bring out a bucket of silverware and I went up to grab some. We did not get drinks we ordered and wrong drinks came out. We never received the right drinks. We were never checked up on. Food was average although very small portions. Service was so horrendous I would never return.
Open dining on the water in Hoboken. Been here a few times for Wed night karaoke. Views of lower Manhattan are great. Prices are high for the quality and quantity of the food but there is a good selection of beers and lots of TVs. Great place to watch a game. It's billed as authentic Austin BBQ. Having lived in Austin for a year I'm not sure I agree.
