This store should put a big “I don’t know” sign at the entrance! Because that is what the staff of this store answers to every question you ask them. Very unprofessional, poorly trained staff. Visited this store twice, same experience every time. Never again! Avoid visiting this store!
This Samsonite started a trend of misery. The staff is horrible and judges you. Hopefully their cooperate investigates them!
