Housecall Providers Hospice

I really like my job here at Kelly Gardens, I have been here since august on 2023 and I am extremely happy and enjoy my time and energy I put in with my staff, residents and my management coworkers that I work with. Each day is a different day here and the residents make each day great and I look forward to coming in and working. The team makes each day a great day we strive to keep moving and keep going forward. We want to make sure our residents are happy with each day they are here. I wouldn’t want to work in another building. I do occasionally help in other buildings for our company because teamwork is important! Each department does a great job at making sure are residents are happy and does the best they can to keep our residents taken care of.

I truly appreciate you Housecall Providers Hospice team. Thet are very attentive and accommodating for my staff and resident. Just today I experience Amanda a CNA at HouseCall go above and beyond the call of duty. She noticed one of my Residents that was not even Amanda's patients stuck in her car. Resident was out of gas and Amanda helped push the car and resident back to the community safely. Thank you Amanda and HCP! Keep up the amazing work! I WOULD RECOMMEND HouseCall Providers to anyone in need of Hospice care or needs a primary care physician that is able to make house calls. Thank you HCP!

I run a group home for adults who experience developmental disabilities and 2 of the residents have Maria as a PCP. Her care has been excellent. Anytime there is a mix up with a prescription order, it's fixed ASAP! Anything that needs attention is addressed right away and we appreciate the exceptional team work!

My mother received excellent care from both regular Housecall Providers and Housecall Providers Hospice. Ashley Schumacher was her PCP in the regular program and was caring, informed, and attentive when Mom started to decline. She was backed up by a wonderful team, including social workers and chaplain. These people helped us transfer Mom from assisted living to a wonderful adult care home. Hospice took over at that point and were very supportive of both us family and the manager of the adult care home. Through a difficult time, Housecall Providers was there. One caution: it took awhile from contacting Housecall Providers until the initial intake appointment. So don't delay, reach out as soon as home-based care becomes your preference.

Housecall Providers have been the best primary care providers I've ever had. I never feel rushed, which is an amazing experience nowadays. They are easily reached by phone, and the portal is good for leaving messages that in my experience are dealt with pretty rapidly. My nurse practitioner is wonderful and the experience I had with one of the MDs was warm and caring, which I find unusual, too. Many doctor offices like to say on their websites that they like to work with the patient as a team, but that is rarely what happens, in my experience. I truly do feel that way with my nurse practitioner. One thing I've always hated is that the staff at doctors' office often feel like a wall meant to protect the doctor from you. They can be aggressively cold. I've never felt that way with Housecall Providers and it is truly refreshing.

Housecall Providers have literally been a God-send to me, my residents and their families. From their PCP to their hospice agency, the staff have been 100% responsive, the orders so clear, the medications requested and delivered on time, and just overall the patient care is incredible. Every single person that I have worked with and at one point I had 5 residents at one time with HouseCall Providers either PCP or Hospice, every one of them have been amazing. They are really there to serve our community—key word, serve. I appreciate you all so much and I am excited to continue to work with you!

Housecall Providers were life savers when my niece became very ill and was in the hospital for months. Her Care Coordinator at OHSU put us in contact with you and sent nurses and the social worker to our house. They were my saviors. They helped with my nieces care and all of her medical problems. They still come to the house 7 years later. Ì would recommend Housecall Providers to anyone needing medical help at their home.

We recently opened a new care home in Clackamas and had a resident who needed hospice care. We knew immediately who we wanted on our team! HouseCall Providers are amazing, their PCP team—especially Maria Bucio are incredible! Their hospice team though is a level of excellence and commitment to their patients that in my experience is rare within many of the agencies around. Their intake staff is quick, efficient, kind, and they listen! They’re RN Casemanager Ron! He is a great guy! Personable with the residents, kind to the staff, respectful, and just all around great. We love having Lisa and Fran come around and just hang out with our residents and talk to them. They make ANYONE they talk to feel like they matter. We have never seen Sherri who accepts all referrals and schedules, but her professionalism and kindness over the phone is truly remarkable and I appreciate her for it.
