Zero star if possible. Still waiting on a reply email and or return call to find out result of my case. Nothing! It’s been years, supposedly went to court, but no resolution. Started out with Chip I liked him and got moved to Randall. Randall K, Jana, and Tomeka still haven’t replied to my emails.

Buyer beware!!! This Law Firm handled the case for me, Refuse to release my escrow funds when settling my case they said they never could find the expert witness. They will not respond to phone calls, emails or anything else you need you can find a better Law Firm somewhere else.

We had a couple good conversations with them about our case. They said they’d call back with the options for our family that afternoon then never called back. We called a few times over the course of the following two weeks and the lawyer was always in a meeting. They never returned our call again. Pretty disrespectful considering we just lost our father.

I gave them my case back in July 2023 and just yesterday I thought I would email to see how everything was going because I received no calls or emails. I got a call a couple hours later saying they didn’t want to move forward with my case. I can’t believe they took over 4 months to come up with that conclusion. I’m a retired army officer and disabled veteran I can’t believe that operate like this not even a sorry or we apologize and I could have spent these past months looking for someone else to help. This is a disgrace they treat people like this and to them it’s nothing but to us they couldn’t even imagine thinking they are doing everything they can but in reality they haven’t did anything.

They took my case and was done within 9 months where others I had with couldn’t get anything done with it. One had it 2 yrs and another after having it for months turned to me after months saying they couldn’t help me. I would definitely recommend this firm.

I never received any accounting of my settlement and never received any funds. They screwed up my Medicare repayment so badly that I am paying it off with not receiving any of the settlement. I think the firm has financial problems. They do not return calls and have the audacity to tell me all has been fixed. DO NOT USE THEM. MONICA VAUGHN IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LAWYER.

This place is a joke,they lost the key pease of evidence to my law suit and then had the audacity to say i didn't send it. They never returned my calls and wasted 6 months of my time. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I'd give them 0 stars but to post you have to push a least one.
