I only give Elite a 5 Star rating because there is no 6 or higher star rating available. I had the pleasure of working with Frances Foreman for a family wedding. Our needs ranged from transporting the bridal party to the wedding venue, transporting our entire guest list from hotel to wedding and back and a Bride and Groom Getaway car. Unexpected twists and turns in the planning process easily could have de-railed the entire transportation plan but Frances worked tirelessly to continuously come up with make sense solutions and helped us to stay on budget. Their chauffeurs were so friendly and attentive, their fleet of vehicles were immaculate and communications were spot on. Whenever I am back in Houston with transportation needs, I will be calling Frances Foreman and Elite. They have a customer now for life!!!

Coming home for a wedding, David made sure that getting out of the airport was a breeze. My flight was delayed, but still ended up showing up early. David was there in baggage claim waiting for me. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth. Just an excellent experience beginning to end, and it made my trip that much less stressful. 100% do recommend.

The country club where we had the wedding reception had a recommendation for a limo. Don't be fooled. Get the limo YOU think will fit your needs. This has only been the second time we've used Elite Limousines of Houston for weddings. Both times the service has been excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. For our second daughter's wedding, we immediately booked Elite without even checking any other limo service. The first time went so well, why take a chance on some other limo service? Will they show up? Do they have a good contact number? This last time, I called Elite three times to ask questions or make a time adjustment. Each time, a live person answered the phone quickly. I NEVER had to wait or be put on hold. Each time the phone rep was excellent. Elite sent me messages and emails with info on the driver, arrival time, and departures. I even knew when my daughter and her new husband arrived at their hotel when they left the reception. All times were PERFECT and the driver was parked and waiting each departure. I also asked one of the bridesmaids about the interior of the car as well as the driving. She said, "It was great!" We have been so pleased with Elite's service. When my wife and I drive to the airport we will strongly consider using Elite instead of using our own car.

We had a tour of two properties with a client that asked to have 35 people join in the tour. It was quick and easy to reserve the trip and Frances was very personable and professional. I use Elite Limo every time I fly into or out of Houston. The drivers are all prompt and professional and the cars are always clean and comfortable. Joy is a cut above and I am always so glad when she is my driver! In fact, all of the drivers are great! Highly recommended!

Daniel sent me a text to let me know he arrived prior to my flight landing and was waiting for me. His attire was professional and his conversation delightful. The car was quite spacious, leather seats were comfortable and in top conditional. The car was fresh and clean. He is highly recommended based on my experience

I have used Elite Limos a few times in the past and have always enjoyed their service, but this is my first review for them. I had a recent situation where I had to schedule a late-night pick up at the airport on short notice due to flight delays. The customer service from scheduling the reservation to the drop-off at home was phenomenal. I'm happy to be a customer of theirs and I definitely recommend trying their services.

Drivers to and from airport were very professional, courteous and on time! I was very thankful they helped me with my luggage to my apartment on 2nd level. I highly recommend them.

I contracted 5 days in advance for a Suburban to take 3 couples for a seafood dinner south of Clear Lake on the bay. Our driver arrived slightly early in a clean, well maintained Suburban. Our driver Jhonathan was polite and drove smoothly and efficiently. We had a great evening due in part to the service we received from Elite.
