Houston Food Truck Catering was the best choice we could have made for our White Linen Night party in the Heights! Brian and his team truly delivered in service, quality, and value. The team showed up an hour before the event to make sure they were ready. I was a little skeptical because that didn’t seem like enough time to prepare—but wow, was I wrong! They pulled up to our home, parked in the driveway, and within 30 minutes were totally set up. It even rained for about 20 minutes before our event, and they were still on time. During the event, the team kept the space clean, food hot and fresh, and was attentive to every guest’s needs. The service was great, but the food itself had to have been the best part! For our cocktail party, we arranged a menu of fried chicken sliders, French fries, and a taco bar. Our guests are still raving about those French fries! Every part of our meal was thought out. From condiments and all the fixings next to the sliders, to having several salsas and tortilla options, our guests were so impressed and happy during the event. Houston Food Truck Catering truly went above and beyond. Lastly, the value of the catering service is unmatched. The cost is per-person, which makes keeping a budget easy! The team was willing to work with my budget and provide an array of options to serve. But the real value is in the quality of the food and service. You will not find this kind of quality, creativity, and kindness at this price point anywhere else! I thought we were just going to have a food truck, but Brian recommended setting up tables in front of the truck to serve the truck itself was more of a backdrop and it could not have gone better! The buffet line style was so much easier and faster than a traditional food truck, that there was never a line at our party! With such great ideas, you will not regret hiring Brian and his team! I cannot thank Brian and his team for the amazing experience he provided for our guests. I 100% recommend Houston Food Truck Catering, and can’t wait to book them for our party again next year!
