This school was the perfect solution for me! I am a busy, single mom and the Houston School of Massage provided a pathway for me to learn a new skill and create a sustainable income. They teach the information that you need to know, in a hands-on, direct and understandable format. The cost of the program is extremely reasonable when compared to similar massage schools and they offer a discounted tuition plan depending on the length of program that you choose. The owner, staff members and instructors are friendly, professional and extremely flexible. They understand the work-life balance that it takes to complete a program like this. They all want to help you learn and they offer various teaching methods to ensure that you have the opportunity to succeed. If you are interested in starting a new career in Massage Therapy, I would recommend scheduling a tour of the school to see for yourself.

Just had another absolutely incredible two-hour massage! Today's was from Mahmood, one of the student therapists. This was probably the tenth massage I've had. Although every one of them has been great, today's massage with Mahmood was the very best! Thank you! A friend and I buy a package of ten one-hour massages and share them. This discounts them to only $60 for a two-hour massage we like the long ones! Two hours is a *very long time* for a massage and I totally recommend it. And oh my gosh, you'll love it!

Heads up, this review is from the perspective of a client receiving a massage, not a student working on a certification. The school was spotless, very clean, including the restroom. The receptionist and two students I interacted with were very friendly. The massage was only ok as my student was still learning, however it was worth every bit of what I paid.

I had a wonderful experience at this school. The whole process was easy for me to follow from sign up to finishing school. The whole staff is amazing and are great at answering your questions. I felt they were always understanding and are very reasonably priced and offer different plans. They've been in business for going on 18yrs, must be doing something right! I definitely reccomend this school and will cherish the connections and memories I have made there and I feel confident I will pass my licensing exam.

I had a great time learning at HSM exellent teachers very knowleagable, and office crew always very helpfull and friendly. Exellent school everybody always there for you thankyou Houston School of Massage I will miss you all.

My previous visit I the staff got the named mixed up and I ended up getting a massage that was geared towards senior citizens. So my 2nd visit was more of a back rub so I explained to the massage lady my concerns and I don't think she fully understand what a massage is so u stopped the session. I will not return. I rather pay a professional massage therapist that know and understand what to do. Front staff have an attitude and when I pay my money I want what I paid for and having an attitude is not what I paid for!!

Regarding massages…I do realize this is a school but a student being a no show for an appointment is completely unacceptable. Be aware that your time may be wasted.
