Howell's Jamaican Bakery and Restaurant

I’ve ordered here in the past with no problems. But this last time will be my last. I ordered thru Uber eats. Coconut bread , oxtails and white rice . They sent me regular bread, oxtails rice and beans. When I called to complain they gave me attitude like they didn’t care. I ended up getting my money back thru Uber eats.

Got there early and they were putting out food. They lifted the metal lids and roaches came out! If I could give a zero I would!!!!

Large helpings for a medium size. Oxtails my favorite is tasty.

Not tasty. Lacks a lot of flavor. Oxtail and rice were very bland. They need to season their food. I think they literally forgot to add salt when they cooked the food.

Food is good but Price for the portion you receive is outrageous and customer service is very poor. A mid age older woman that works there, she's been there for years, fair skin tone a bit tall isn't nice at all and has no customer service skills. Please hire nicer, friendly employees not angry and rude ones. Customer service is KEY...

The food here was really good full of flavor but not heavy handed with Salt I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
