Worst customer service I have ever seen. Issues from the start, never resolved. Terrible communication. Would never recommend these clowns. Do your homework and look elsewhere!!!
Mark and crew are very accommodating and easy to work with, I purchased 2 soda venders and 2 candy venders at what I thought was a very reasonable price and the few problems that I had were taken care of expeditiously. I would recommend them 100%. Thanks, Jerry
HRI Vending provided us with a very nice soda machine at a reasonable price. Mark is always happy to answer any questions, and also provides service to our snack machine even though he did not sell that machine to us.
