They rarely answer phone calls, always play  a recording and you leave message, they may or may not return your phone calls.

Wait time is terrible.  Got appointment at 10am,  we arrived 930am and we have to wait until almost 12 noon to see you. It's a pain in the ass waiting, dr moves so slow considering his old age. I missed my 12noon appointment to another clinic.
