HSBC Bank

This is not not a very good bank, it was OK some time back but has gone way down hill.. The customer service is very bad. Lines are so slow as to be unbelievable, tellers indifferent or simply rude. Get the feeling they really don't want you in here! Try to just use ATM machines there.

It took over half an hour to get two bank checks at this branch. I was the first person in line in the morning which I realize is not anyone's most efficient time during the day, but there were half a dozen people in line behind me waiting and the teller was very rude. Not a good experience.

What terrible terrible service! Very bad service and asking alot for just a open new account again and again asking, I get nothing but attitudes because the tellers actually have to work. I not going to this location never again , it is awful!
