I had an appointment to close my account we moved three hours away and there isn’t a branch next to us. The teller was very helpful and efficient. She was very friendly and understanding. The place was nice, clean and modern.
Excellent customer service at this branch!!! I highly recommend. Naila and Aymaan were super helpful and answered all my questions clearly.
Previously it was HSBC and then now is Citizen Bank, the Staff are nice, the Bank if OK, the Merchant Services are terrible. Do not do business, merchant is not by them it is FIS global or Worldpay and the rep is Donna Ignasz, and the account created by AuthorizeNET , it is complicated, and when you want to close the account they tell you call citizen bank, when you call citizen bank they have no idea. The take your money and they tell you you owe them money. NOT RECOMMENDED !
Abraham was very professional and able to help us out in no time at all. The overall facility was clean, the employees were kind and respectful and I'm even having thoughts of switching to this bank my wife's after resolving her issues here.
