Fatima upstairs is nice. The indian woman downstairs was not helpful at all and very lazy.

their scones are quite excellent, however their coffee leaves a lot to be desired. maybe i should have gotten a fancy one, but if a place can't get a regular right, i am not optimistic.

ATM worked fine when I stopped by.

This HSBC has by far has the worst customer service ever. The Citibank down the block has so much better service.
