Hughes Senior Center

Center is great, people are friendly, something to do every day. Lunch program, food is great. Come give it a try.

Like to go there and play Bingo and I like to fellowship with some of the seniors they're the only thing I have a problem with is the way they do Bingo they play the same games over and over and it supposed to last from 12 to 1 which it does not because of the way they play the games is 25 of one and for a senior we should be playing more games and more bingo games to keep our brains going it was told to me by a therapist or that you should play the only games they play his a six-pack the X the kite the nine pack playing bingo we should be playing more than that to stimulate our brains and he gets to the point where a lot of us seniors I want to fall asleep because it's the same old thing everyday every day especially the ones of the volunteer that is a senior does not know how to do it and they just rushed through it and that's it Bingo used to be a lot of fun one time when we used to have different games like like the h and the sliding t and the owl it was fun when you had more than just the same old thing every week and it's not like they don't know him cuz they play these games in Memphis at Hardee's and that's my problem I enjoy doing other things I do Ceramics is a good thing I have their the library is very loyal helpful it's got for I do things magazine and it's very helpful and the computer is a good thing it's kept very clean and people say at the volunteers are willing to help seeing you soup or handicapped or have trouble getting their food they are very helpful and kind and who asked for help they are there and I cannot complain about that I know that the parking lot in the back needs to be worked on cuz the lines you can hardly see

Great place to dance. Friendly people. Great bands.

They had a fantastic band on Saturday night. It was the South 63 Band. Did a lot of dancing. The Hughes Center is a great place.

Went dancing to Dave Perryman and the Country Review Band. Great time with friends and great music.
