Every time I have been there the place was clean great food an taste awesome the waiter was always checking to see if we needed a refill on drinks and every time we went back for more food they take away our dirty plate’s
If you're ordering for pick up, go somewhere else. I waited for 40 minutes after pick up time. Almost didn't give me my sides. It doesn't taste like they used any of the sauce I chose, it's not even a little spicy. Hot and sour soup is very mediocre at best. I ordered caramel and chocolate sauce for my cheesecake, they gave me raspberry.
Went for lunch today, they were short staffed so a manager was running the grill SLOWLY with another very slow person. Maybe the grill wasn't hot enough? It took over 20 minutes to get through the line. Takes 2-5 minutes to eat the food..worth the time? No. Food wasn't even that hot coming off the grill. WE LEFT HUNGRY. Our waiter was great, but I'll be damned if the grill "masters" didn't know how to cook a noodle.
The cooks needed some more training. Let the food burn on one side and not cooked on the other. Mangers where nice enough to take care of the bill after they also seen the food was under cooked.
There for lunch on 8/9/22. Food was OK. Employees, including the general manager of this location took smoke brakes directly outside the back door, causing the back half of the restaurant to wreak of smoke. Bad enough that I lost my appetite. Have some pride in your establishment and respect for your patrons and come up with a better solution.
It's not very inviting, the food is always undercooked or overcooked, and the meat is gross. The line is always very dirty and unsanitary. The sauces get mixed so you never get the flavor you want. For the price it's just not worth it!!Food: 1/5
This place is amazing. The food is out of this world. I was in Des Moines for a family visit and love trying new places to eat and this place didn't disappoint. I will be going back on my next visit. Service was great and the atmosphere transports you right to India.
We stopped here for an early dinner and the food was great! I like that you can build your own plate and put what you want on it. Our server was ok at best. They were pleasant enough, but only came by once to see if we needed drink refills. Ultimately, food is great but service could improve.
Great as always. Every huhot has slight differences in meat. I made a fish dish and it was great. Some of the food items and sauces were running low but they were trying to refill them. It was busy but the grill was moving along so the wait wasn't very long.
