Had a wonderful phone appointment with a manager by the last name of Simmely. She was extremely kind, patient and took the time to answer all of questions regarding a complicated appeals process form I didn't know how to fill out. She even went above and beyond the call of duty to have a second manager call me and help navigate the process of getting thru a maze of complicated phone options regarding this number I was supposed to call. Thank you so much for helping me, to both of you. I'm sorry, but I don't remember the second employee's name. You're just as important though!
Visited to get some paperwork. Straighten out staff was great. They listened and we're very helpful.
It's so much better now that it is streamlined. In & out less than an hour. Employees r much more nicer & very accommodating.
Why are having line of family with kids and elderly people waiting outside in the cold. Show how much people care for people in need. Having 2 security They can get a clipboard get people name and number and call them when they ready while waiting in their car Also how can they make appointment for you and send you a letter stamped after the day of your appointment and then tell you are denied for missing appointment...and forget about calling. You will never get things done over the phone... This is a place for human services... a need not a luxury
Very ,in organize ,misuse the public form adversity. ,Entity is wronging people life took my public assistance since 1996 constantly file greviance office mistreatment,program violations reported to s tate Representative LAWSHAWN Ford want pay back assistance,records or file invade my privacy want produce my paper file and/or looking for justice I'm harm by these system agency and/or state treated me abusive denied me my files the wrong way stiff for child support that's owe to me

Selling employees make sure to do their jobs and go above a beyond and you are grateful for them. But I haven't countered a handful sadly that makes me knock it down a star. Because instead? Of taking care of business the same day. When it couldn't be done in person they try to scheduling. To do a follow-up interview phone call for the following day. Rather than just get it done the same day and this is with the day with no weight. I applied for benefits order 20 days ago and I am just being shuffled around and not green approved after having had benefits for several years and had to be. In the hospital for a month. Because I was in the hospital they discontinued My benefits and I was there less than a month after they discontinued by benefits and they never told me that they were discontinued. F they did? They couldn't have? Been fixed. At same day now I have to wait and wait.
You can’t get through to a live person representative without a 60 minute wait on the phone. The prompts don’t include all topics or issues needed. They don’t supply a fax number to fax in papers needed. They don’t have tech support representatives to do it ourselves online. No help at all!
They’re terrible & lazy as hell. They had me come back the next day for something that literally took 5 minutes. I came in 30 minutes prior to them closing the day before & they were already preparing to leave to go home 10 minutes before they’re shift even ended especially the black lady with the braids who has a walker. Then there was a white lady with cowboy boots who stood in my way as I was trying to catch the elevator
After 15 years had to go step in the building due to work changes, amazingly surprising on the service I was provided highly recommended. Just take the proper paper work.
