This is often my first stop for cooking tools. Although the inventory leans a bit toward Asian style cooking, there's plenty of Western type equipment as well. Pricing is very fair. Staff is very nice.

The woman who helped me purchase a carbon steel wok for home cooking was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me an instruction sheet on how to season my wok so it doesn’t rust. The prices were excellent and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for kitchen supplies.

Great selection but not the prices I would hope for in Chinatown. Many things can be bought for the same price or less on Amazon. There are some good deals to found here though, you just have to look. Also, cash only.
