The rooms are fair, about what is to be expected of a university residence hall. I don't even think this one is that bad other than the fact that the fourth floor lights go out for hours (in the hall itself and in each room) about every 5 weeks. Then after it's reported by multiple people, they still cant fix it until the following day. If you're going to pay the $10,000+ to stay in a res hall, make sure it isn't this one.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The RAs WANT to fail you. They don't follow the violations guidelines, they will fail you for anything and just write it on the side. You will NOT be able to use the kitchen/break room that is included in your bill because they lock it and refuse to open it. RAs force you to sign up for "mandatory" meeting, which they promise severe penalties for missing, then they'll stand you up. The ONLY pro to living here is that the maintenence guys are fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
