Been living here for a while now and have loved every minute of it. Management and building repairs are super responsive, front desk workers are very nice and building is well kept. Price is great compared to other places in NW . Neighborhood is also safe which is a must for me.

One of the best apartment buildings I have ever lived in. Great management, super friendly and helpful staff, nice tenants. Everything perfect!
Not a luxury building by any means but I couldn't afford to live by myself in NW otherwise. Staff are helpful and when I needed something fixed in the kitchen a super came within the hour
Helped a friend move in. They have very low rental rates if you qualify. Apartments were decent sized and staff was courteous and other tenants were very friendly. Had a number of activities and a weekly farmers market.
I love the place, the tenants and staff are nice and friendly and a safe place to live and very close to all the stores
