Huntington Bank

the drive through atm never takes cash, rejects it. you have to get put of your car and use the walk up atm. makes me feel uncomfortable, I feel safer in my car. it's just annoying on really cold days. I mean, even the picture shows someone using the walk up atm even though the drive through is available. it just doesn't work lol. sucks that this is the closest to my house.

The absolutely worst Huntington Bank branch I've ever been to. They are always understaffed and the ATM machine is broken more than the McDonalds shake machine. Stay away from this awful place.

I just wanted to say I went into this branch today to resolve a bit of an unusual situation. The young man helping me took the time to listen and the extra time to make a few calls to help resolve my issue. While I was waiting as he made those calls, every customer that came into the branch was happily greeted by the employees who seemed to know most of them very well. You could tell they cared, and it seemed to me that these customers preferred to come inside the branch just so they could see all of their favorite tellers. Especially with all the disconnect these days, it was really nice to see this, and it put a smile on my face.

The reviews can kind of scare you away from coming here but truly I am grateful for the people who work here who helped me out. I am forever grateful and god bless everyone who works here!! Thank you so much

This bank in general is absolutely terrible and I mean TERRIBLE there app is worse than there customer service never right days to update transactions and simply don't work just like there employees no surprise there and there ATM o boy have fun with that o and they charge you an overdraft fee when it's there app fault for not updating your transactions so you spent more than atended

Tellers are nice enough. But if you value your time do not go to this location it's a joke how long it takes. I seriously do not think I can go back to this location again. I think there is a Huntington across the street in the Meijer. Edit: 5 years later and it takes just as long. You can do better.

We submitted a cash deposit in the bank with a teller. The deposit never posted on my account. Fortunately, I have the deposit ticket, but all of my funds are on hold for 5 to 7 days while they research the transaction. My account has been placed on hold and I cannot access my money. This is crazy I need the money to pay for a medical procedure and now I'm concerned about the status of my social security check. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years and extremely disappointed in Huntington. It seems no one can or wants to help me.

Never opens on time. Customer service is horrible. They close without warning and leave customers outside in the rain with no explanation. Worst branch I ever used and I travel the US for my job....yuk.

Went today for Notary for a piece of document, waited there 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the branch manager said she won’t be doing , have to come 3-4 hours later. She acts like president of Huntington Bank. They are very rude, ppl come and goes they have no greeting at all. Thinking to change bank to Chase Bank.

Long lines on both the drive through and inside... And no one seems to care. They get paid by the hour and it shows. If you don't have enough staff.. Close this location like you've done so many others. Gone are the days of good customer service for Huntington Bank.. They've gotten too big and forgotten us little people.
