The staff are nice and as accommodating as can be. Every time we come here for a scheduled procedure, it takes at least two hours to get into the operating room. For example: we were scheduled at 8AM and it is now 10:09AM and we are still waiting. This is not the first time this has happened.

My dad was in the hospital over Christmas. When I would call his nurses they were tight lipped and very indifferent to me. They don't and do not know me to have an attitude towards me. One nurse never return my call. I did not call more than once a day about my dad. My dad
