Chris Huff and the staff at the firm are very professional and very responsive. They go far beyond in customer service and are friendly and cordial. We highly recommend them because in many years and many transactions, they have never let us down. Our business depends on reliable, diligent and professional partners like Chris and his staff. We would not recommend Hutchens to our clients if we didn't believe in them. Chris Huff is our go to attorney in town !

Look for different firm,  I was solely disappointed on the  "word" of this firm, even after explaining was the reason I used them instead of using my own attorney as well as their professional ability to get things done quickly.  Slow response to "no" response on my emails.  Poor way their real estate processor addressed my concerns over what they agreed to and they "ONLY" handled he “back side”  of a closing for me. Only after I emailed "closing off" did they decide to stand behind their word. I would not give a rating of 1 - more like a 0.   Be smart - Look up reviews before using a firm to handle your affairs.

My daughter used this law firm to buy her first house! They kept her in the loop with any changes and when she went to sign papers for the house it was only a few minutes and she was finished. Very nice staff and very professional.

I used Hutchens for my home closing and they were absolutely wonderful! They worked directly with my mortgage officer and made the process extremely easy! I would highly recommend.
