Great service! I had an purchased an arrangement online for a co-worker who is leaving. I needed to edit the card, and called the florist at Marion Hyvee. They had not received the order, but called back and let me know they had changed the gift card. And let me know they are going to take care of the order asap.

I called the floral dept. They had me on hold for 7 minutes and than transferred me to Bakery. When I told them I wanted floral they hung up and I had to call back.
