All of the hard work Altoona Hyvee Gas has put into making customers feel welcome when they walk in the door,  is wasted when people like BRIAN (a 50+ year old man child) get off scot free for disrespectful behavior. For talking rudely about customers when they walk out- IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I used to have mad respect for this place and thought Brian was a nice guy. But, I was very wrong.

I buy all my gas for my business here. These people are not only friendly but they make you feel like a valued customer. They address people by name when they walk in the door. I've noticed whenever I go into the C-Store everyone is always happy and so helpful. This is truly a model of what Hy-Vee is all about. The Customer. and A Helpful smile in Every Aisle.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Very friendly staff that treats you like family! If the manager, Jeff, is grilling his burgers outside, you don't want to miss it! Best ever for a great price!
