Hy-Vee

Attended a bottle signing with 50 cent! Store is in a nice location while walking through the store it looked very clean and put together. Parking lot was nice as well. Clean bathrooms. Staff was very friendly handed out water to everyone who was waiting in line for the event to start along with going around again with a trash bag to throw our empties away. I will definitely visit Hy-Vee when we come to Sioux Falls again! From Rapid City!

Hy-Vee has one of the better selection of GF items in town along side a few other places so I frequently go there, however, I don't normally come to this location because of the stress it causes. It is always extremely busy and the parking lot is something of a nightmare to navigate in. The 4 stars instead of 5 is for that reason. Beyond that, the produce is always fresh and they have a vast variety of groceries. My daughter said the cookies are 5 stars - the best she's ever had in her entire life, so I see you Hy-Vee Bakery section.

Well laid out clean store. Have many items other stores don't. The HyVee on Marion Road has a nice deli/cafeteria where you can purchase your meal and eat it right there in the nicely decorated dining room.

I ordered mealtime for a couple of different reasons and knew that the convenience of staying in my car was needed. I followed the directions, got the text that my order was ready and arrived parking in the designated spot. Called the number that was located on the sign and no answer, the message said to text the number as they were busy with another customer. The number was texted, 15 min went by as I sat there. Tried calling again still no answer. After a half an hour 3 calls and text my son ran in. When he returned he said "well they don't seem to care that we were waiting. They did not say anything when I said we tried calling a couple times" I ended up calling the general store number and asked to speak to a manager as I didn't know if there was something wrong with their phone. The front end "manager" was absolutely rude, he didn't seem to care about his customer service nor if there was a problem with the phones. When I suggested that they not provide curbside pickup if staffing is short he proceeded to tell me he couldn't do anything he wasn't their manager. If you don't have customer service skills you definitely should not be a manager, if you cannot/or just care to talk to the other departments manager to let them know, you shouldn't be a manager, if answering the phone and being polite is just to much to handle, you should not be a manager. Hy-Vee your choice in front end management at this location definitely is not on point.

Tasty Chinese takeout! Not as good as a Chinese restaurant but the deals and quick service are worth it. I've tried many of the offerings and some are subpar, some are decent, but the recent introduction of jalapeños chicken is awesome! Noting authentic about it, but it's tasty. General and cashew chicken are my other faves.

I always am picky about how my groceries are bagged and taken care of. The last few years iv gone to any grocery store, iv always been upset and disappointed. I'd givin up. Jace was our cashier today and asked about how he should bag ALL my groceries! I'm so pleased someone still cares. Thank you!

Josh b was a very friendly cashier. Really he went beyond what I'm used to. The food here is more expensive though so you should be prepared for that. The meat is much better quality than Walmart though and the price reflects that. Parking is also very bad on weekends

Always clean and literally a smile in every aisle. The staff is always willing to help and are actually glad to do it.

Had some pretty snazzy deals today! Customer service was stellar and the selection was great.
