I-95S Fairfield SB Service Plaza

A lot cleaner than ones closer to NYC. It wasn't crowded and there were no lines in the food court. Everything was ok.

Pretty clean. They have three restaurant chains open including McDonald’s, Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, Qdoba. They have an old town. They have plenty of places to sit. The restrooms were very clean. Depending on the time some places get full and the line is a little long to wait.

I came here to get some breakfast in the McDonald's in the morning. The late night shift girl was so rude and disrespectful. I politely asked her I wanted to use my McDonald's app and she said "I'm about to clock put i don't have time to do any SPECIAL request just for some "points." I'm not sure why she had ti be so rude, I understand someone wants to leave already but why be so rude. She could have said to wait for her coworker to clock in.

Love this place Very clean....staff are very educate

The building is nice & relatively clean but the staff working in the little convenience store were clueless. I asked two of them separately to get an item for me on the shelve that was locked but they didn't understand the English language & gave me confused & rude stares so I just walked out & they lost out on my business. Employees should have basic standards with how to deal with & understand customers.

Today I stopped to grab a bite to eat around 6pm. I walked in and could not find anyone at the counter to take my order. I asked the store clerk if anyone was around to place an order. He told me to go to the subway counter and yell to the back of the store and someone would help me. I went to the counter and did just that. The s Subway employee came storming out yelling profanities at me telling me I don't need to raise my voice. After being treated like I was not wanted as a customer I got in a brief verbal confrontation with him and left. I decided to eat somewhere else after he threatened to spit in my grinder. I'll never eat at another subway again since they obviously do not care how their employees treat their customers

Has a Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, Subway, and a tiny gas station style convenience store with a very accommodating restroom with lots of stalls. Nicer than your average pit stop.

Very clean inside - for all the service/sitting areas and the restrooms.
