Expensive, cheaper in times Square

This store is awesome. Great prices, plenty of souvenirs, & best of all great service. Employees speak multiple languages which allows them to help multiple guest with no language barrier.

Very helpful staff. Huge selection of NYC memorabilia. They even have a good selection of luggage.

I don't know about the product quality, but I could see many of the items at the different gift shops. The only difference with other shops is staff's kindness. They are very courtesy and kind. If I can choose same item I will visit here.

I,m not too much into buying mementos, but, my wife is, she loved it. In browsing, prices are very good.

It is expensive, but I think they are being realistic because they are the only I Love NY in the area. It will still be nice if they are the same price as other.

Has good stuff but the employees are pushy. My sister ended up putting the small things she wanted away and ended up with a shirt and hoodie, which being a gift shop in NY were expensive but the employee made her so anxious she didn't know what else to do
