I'mpossible Moving Team

These guys were awesome! First off, We called at midnight to schedule them and they showed up 15 minutes early the following morning on a Sunday. They were polite, courteous and most importantly proficient. They were clean and professional with matching shirts. I have some very heavy furniture and they took caution to ensure the walls were undamaged as well as my furniture. Moving is tough but these guys made it look like a walk in the park.

Great team of movers! I booked them last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Overall, they were professional and efficient. It was a big job including loading at our former home and unloading at our new home and I was impressed with how quickly they completed the job. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Team moved large heavy furniture in my home. They were professional, careful and precise, using a tape measure and yard sticks to ensure exact placement of items. A particularly cumbersome piece was put up on feet. This was done with persistence and a lot of patience on their part, showing confidence and a can do attitude. They are experienced movers and this was evident with their excellent suggestions to improve the outcome of their work. I was impressed with their calm demeanor and strong work ethic. I recommend their services and will hire them again.

Never showed up. This isn't our first time to hire a moving company. We are professional people. We know how it's done. We had an agreement. They never showed up or called. We are dead in the water and we will be days late getting to our new place considering we now have to figure out who to call. Do we trust somebody else? I think we'll just end up going through U-Haul.

NO SHOW!!! So Disappointed!. My Mother passed away and we were cleaning out her house. I spoke to Robert and scheduled the move. I called Robert to confirm time, no call back, I text 3 times no response and called again. They did not show up. Shame on you Impossible Moving team. This has put us in a terrible situation, at least you could have let me know. No show, not acceptable.

The only thing I'mpossible was to get him to show up. I was coming from out of state and scheduled him a few days ahead of time. He said he'd be there between 8 and 9 in the morning. At 9 I called him and found out he had double booked and forgot all about me, he said he would be there by noon. Finally after 1, I contacted someone else because we wasted most of the day waiting on Robert. What was supposed to be a nice Saturday morning loading, turned into a late afternoon rush. No call, no-show.

NO SHOW. Imagine the domino effect when a smooth move to a new house requires the scheduled, coordinated efforts of a team. I don't know if these guys have ever actually moved anything for anyone, but it's clear that they've never been home buyers, depending on others to make their dreams reality. They are though, true to their name -- IMPOSSIBLE.

Ive used them twice and liked them. Called recently with no answer or response. Wont call again.

Great job, very professional. Made my move much easier! Phenomenal work and very efficient. I will use this team again! Thank you so very much!
