Came here for the first time to get my Brazilian done. Came early so there was no wait. The girl who waxed me was gentle and patient. I also told my sister about this place and she came on the same day. My sister got eyebrows, chin, and henna and was very pleased. I will definitely be back!

While the staff were nice, the lady working with me was answering multiple client phone calls to set appointments - and the front door to greet a customer - in the middle of giving me a Brazilian wax. It was just as awkward as you can possibly imagine. I get that we are all understaffed nowadays, but reception and Brazilian waxing should not be multi-tasked ever. I'm also fairly certain she used a reusable brush for applying wax, which seems super unsanitary if it's being used in the same pot of wax on multiple clients. Wax all over the walls, just kinda gross there. My skin is still crawling thinking about all the germs spread around the place with that kind of behavior. Prices were great, but I'm willing to pay more for a more sanitary and client-focused experience.Service: Brazilian waxing
