IAA Vehicle Purchasing

This place has pretty much been a nightmare for me. geico had my car towed here after an accident I was in & when I was able to go get my items from my car I realized everything was moved and my items were stolen. They cleared my compartments and took all of my valuables. The front desk ladies were very rude and unwilling to help along with the Manager Jordan who refused to allow me to come watch the camera footage. I told him that there’s been reviews of this happening at IAA Springfield & he said the reviews were false and just opinions of people that are angry posting things on the internet. Lol well I have proof because my insurance company has pictures of the items In my car just a couple days earlier. Whomever dealt with my car stole my items & they only have 4 cameras with poor coverage so there is no proof on their end of the foul business going on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Customer service was excellent and patient. Also big thanks to Mike and Rex for helping me after I locked my keys in my car.

They took a personal item left in my car after an auto accident and claimed they didn't even though it was obvious they did. Illegal and unprofessional.
