No food or alcoholic beverages, just juices, coffee, and soda. It is a small space, the air conditioning feels nice and it's a quiet atmosphere but snacks would be nice to offer. The staff were friendly and it's very clean.Service: 4/5
Absolutely the worse lounge we have been to! There is absolutely NO food and you aren't even allowed to bring food in! What kind of business is this especially for an International airport! Without a doubt this is the worse lounge we have been to and we have been to a lot of lounges! What an embarrassment IASS! How are you even in business? The decor is very island theme, employees are nice and apologetic but boy....the lack of amenities is embarrassing. In addition, the signage SUCKS! We wandered around looking for Plumeria Lounge.....it doesn't exist, only this IASS which is hard to even see.
The lounge is clean, but very minimal is offered. Only juices and sodas are available. No food served and they do not allow outside food to be brought in. It would make a whole world of difference if they just offered some basic snacks. For now, its just a place to plop down. When I was there, the place was packed. This was the only place for priority pass in terminal 2. Vegetarian options: Juices, teas, and coffees.
Small lounge served drink only non-alcoholic. It is located on the ground or first floor next to Terminal E on the second floor. No outside foods can be consumed within while staying inside the lounge - It is OK to keep outside foods in a bag. Nice place to relax before boarding.Service: 5/5
The ONLY good thing about this place is to SIT and breath before your flight starts boarding. A Lounge with only soda and water for you. With the membership u paid for & to get in????? Not worth it at all!!!!! Luxuriously PANDA disgusting & disappointing to “Lounge”! I guess ít is the Hawaiian way of hospitality! Get your mini Soda and get out of the island, Pronto
This particular lounge houses a wide array of status cards including Priority Pass. Only sodas, ice tea and coffee, light drinks are served here. No alcohol and no food allowed into this lounge. The desk ladies are very courteous and nice. Go for a quick stop to recharge before your next flight. It can get very crowded here too.Service: 5/5
This lounge is very basic. It doesn't have food or snacks. They only have drink: self serve- tea, coffee, self pour juices, coke, sprite, and Hawaiian inspired soda water. The seats were very close together and you cannot eat your own food inside.Food: 2/5
Quaint and cozy, good AC and plenty of soft drinks. It’s an escape away from the terminal, I enjoyed it. If you are looking for food and elevation this is not the place.Food: 3/5
they don't serve food, no alcohol, & no outside food allowed. it's just a nice place to just sit in peace, and grab a beverage. they have coffee, iced coffee, POG, Guava juice, coke diet coke, sprite, bottled water. oh also no talking on the phone either. I wished they allowed outside food at least. otherwise the place is nice, quite, and conveniently located at the terminal for Southwest airlines.
A small Oasis in the airport Garden area along with the other airport lounges. It is located one floor under the airport food court and the majority of the boarding Gates. You will need to go downstairs wait and locate the laundry itself the signage is not very clear so you may need to walk around in a circle to find it. There's only breakfast in the location there are no snacks nor food and no washroom available inside the lounge. Thereis only a TV and some seat for you to rest and charge your phone before you board your flight.
