People working there need to be nicer. The guy cutting meat just put slami in a pile and wrapped it up have some pride in your work. The girl working cashier needs some manners. Asking customers to stack their own basket across the aisle and doesn't even say thank you. She also doesn't say thank you have a nice day after purchase. If you hate your job than quit. Lucky the productis quality.

They never fail to deliver. Even with inflation rates bursting records, this store is not taking advantage of their clients. I got some perfectly marinated ribs, lemon herb shrimp skewers and fresh lobster to grill a first for me! over this Memorial Day weekend and couldn't be happier. I have also learned to love their Italian sausages with or without fennel.

They can’t Make a sandwich if their life depended on it should’ve known better. Quality food,horrible service rude and arrogant never again,Feel disrespected and very disappointing.

I like their quality but unfortunately, they don't know how to slice the meat. I order weekly and get flank steak often. Last order was 2 pounds of steak, they give me one big 2lb piece, not sliced like I'm used to. In the end, I can't order things from them if they need slicing, only things like chicken and pork that come presliced. They need experienced staff..

Top notch service. I bought alotta great food. The pastries, the ravioli, wings. Much more and everything fresh. Place is always clean. People treat you like family. Home made every thing

I have been to this place a couple of times already. When I want to it something special, I just go and buy it here as all their dishes are delicious and great! I like shopping there as the foods are prepared already and you could just heat up including chicken cutlets, eggplant, asparagus and other dishes. I can't get enough of the Italian cheeses and fresh pastas which you can easily cook at home. The place is also very presentable. My family also use their catering services in any occasions. They have been our favorite caterer and no question to their service. They always give their best.

One of the best Italian deli, butchers, breads etc in the 5 boroughs. Alot of high quality meats and seafood but be careful, you can easily spend $500 picking up groceries.

Have shopped here and also had home delivery. Always loved everything! My only complaint is that they "ruined" their potato salad by adding chopped celery onions, maybe but celery? Not a fan of celery so the potato salad is but a fond memory. Ditch the celery and I will happily buy potato salad again. Otherwise, a great place for meats and other groceries.

So I have been to this location a few times now. The first few times the food was AMAZING. However, this last visit did not seem the same. The food was mediocre and the peas in the rice ball were hard. The fried ravioli were great! The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and made me feel like he didn't want to be bothered with me. The girls in the front are unfriendly and don't even smile. For how expensive the food is here they could at least be more pleasant.
