We waited in lobby as instructed for over 30 min as other people came in and were assisted by teller n bank manager n they just looked at us. Knew we were waiting n never re acknowledged or showed empathy. Definitely changing banks. Customer service is a poor experience
Online banking app is easy to use and convenient
Slowest bank I have ever been to. All the locations are like snails inside. I have yet to go to a branch that is as quick as the rest of the banks. I have literally waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Why is it a drive through? For quick assistance in and out. But not them they like to make u wait. I’m so fed up with them.
This is the worst branch ever. Say in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. When I called someone answered promptly, but had an excuse and not a reason. Worst IBC EVER and I’ve been with them for 26 years. Will never visit this branch again.
Worst customer service. They never have the coverage needed to serve their customers in a timely manner.
