Ichimi

I have dined at Nippon Inn couple of times over the past few months as a couple, with family and with groups of friends. I have always received friendly and fast service and the food has been consistently excellent. In my view, the portion sizes are also generous for the price. Another plus is the fact that this establishment appears to be managed and serviced by Japanese staff in a comfortable environment that feels authentic. I haven't noticed any cleanliness issues. I don't know why anyone would even bother with any other Japanese restaurant in the area - this is the best one I have found by far at a very, very reasonable price.

As always, wonderful service!! Jennifer, our server, was outstanding! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and cheery and it was a pleasure dining with her!! Also, the food, excellent as usual; consistent and flavorful. I love this place!!!!

We came on a whim. My girlfriend is Japanese and so often 'Japanese' restaurants in Miami are a let down for her. Not so with Ichimi. We were both really impressed with the quality of food and service. It's very reasonably priced and everything we ate was spot on. It was packed early on a Thursday night; which is definitely a good sign. We will definitely revisit this restaurant; brilliant and authentic Japanese food with great service and all perfectly reasonably priced. It's our new favourite restaurant in Miami.Thanks very much to all at Ichimi. ありがとございます！

Amazing food with incredible gyoza, Epic scallion pancakes and awesome everything else. Came here for the first time moving into Coral Gables and boy were we impressed. Friendly staff, industrial interiors and just over the top delicious food. The presentations are modern and elegant. If you are in the area don’t miss.

Having spent a lot of time in Japan, it is a real treat to find a place like this. Genuine Japanese izakaya style in terms of ambience,service,food and drink. Came with a large group and we spent the evening grazing - you just order one or two dishes at a time, tapas style.The sake was good too! I could quite happily eat here seven days a week without getting bored.....there's something for everyone on the menu. Can't wait to go again.
