I've had lots of chiropractic treatments over the years for lower back pain, and only started seeing Doctor Wu this year. Doctor Wu and his staff are super professional and caring. Doctor Wu's treatment program consists of X-rays before & after so you can see the difference, periodic visits and adjustments, and nutritional recommendations to help your body heal better. Overall I found his program much more comprehensive and in depth than the chiropractors I've seen in the past. I still plan to visit Doctor Wu periodically in the future and will recommend his program to friends and families looking for chiropractic treatment.

I did a 3 month program, which is definitely the way to go to achieve the best results. Dr Alan takes an X-ray of the spine, blood work and nutritional consultation. All this was necessary to come up with the best course of action to meet and exceed your wellness goals. My lower back pain disappeared in a month and also lost 10 pounds during the first 30 days. I live in South Carolina, and I was visiting my cousin in San Jose. With all of the travel and wrangling a toddler I did something to my neck. Here is the kicker— I myself am a chiropractor. And I am unbelievably particular with whom I would let adjust me. I knew that I needed to see a chiropractor, but I was incredibly hesitant to go to just ANY chiropractor. I went on the Gonstead website — trusting a Gonstead doctor over any other full spine technique— and I found Dr Alan. I actually went to chiropractic school with Dr Alan about 13 years ago and he was an incredible adjuster back then. It was my lucky day to have found him 2 miles from my cousin’s house. I brought my films to him, he analyzed my spine, analyzed my films, and gave me one of the cleanest adjustments that I have ever received! It was such a blessing! I immediately had significantly greater range of motion and less pain. If you are looking for a chiropractor, he is your guy!!

Dr Alan fixed my back for good. I had a nerve pain and my lower back would get stuck, so I couldn't move. He did the Xrays and pointed out to the root cause. He proposed a plan and worked on fixing it in multiple sessions, plus I did some PT exercises and I didn't experience pain ever since. Great doctor and professional, highly recommend!

I normally do not like taking the time to do reviews of any kind. This is an EXCEPTION because I really think Dr. Wu and the team deserve it. They are extremely professional and very accommodating. Easy to schedule or reschedule. One time we came way late for my appointment right before their lunch time. Dr. Wu still had a smile on and did a fantastic job on adjusting back on that day. He did not rush. I have had chronic headache/migraine for years. It is 3 weeks into my program of treatment and physical adjustment, i have not experience the headache whereas it will come at least once a week before. Now i wake up every day full of energy. No more tiring no more feeling sluggish. I WOULD recommend Dr. Wu and the team there to anyone any given day. Do not take my words for it. Try him and you will see. I am not that very easy to impressed but I have been leaving his office with a smirk after each treatment. It never get old. Ask Dr. wu himself. A few years ago I purchased a package frim Dr Wu for back and neck adjusment. Every session adjustment took 3-5 mins and didn t help with my pain in the back and stiffness in the neck. They re very expensive and they always try to sell you their ouls and other products:/

Two months after giving birth to my baby, I noticed an increased lower back pain, and this was when I started visiting Icon Chiropractic. I was very impressed with the initial assessment and x-rays prior to treatments as Dr. Wu explained detailed findings from the films. After the past 5 months of treatment, I could definitely feel the difference and improvement to my Scoliosis. The first several adjustments were a bit painful, however as my body started to take in the adjustment, I surely felt lighter in spots that were treated immediately. Not only Dr. Wu is knowledgeable on every aspect he is also great in listening to patients. He worked with all my problems that I've thrown at him; slouching, pain from Scoliosis, sore and stiffness from carrying and feeding infant as well as my old knee problems. Thanks to Dr. Wu, my lower back pain has reduced dramatically. Everyone at ICON is friendly, kind and caring. I highly recommend ICON to anyone searching for a chiropractor!

I used to have ringing in my ear and soreness from my back when playing piano but after the treatment the ringing stopped the the soreness isn’t as bad, thanks!

I have experienced many years of severe upper neck pain and tried multiple chiropractors. All of which did not help a single bit. I was introduced to Gonstead through a friend who was a patient at Icon. I decided to try Icon Chiropractic since no other treatment made any improvements. On day 1, Dr. Wu explained the treatment plan and specific findings on spinal degeneration based on X-rays. The adjustments were hard to endure at first, but Dr Wu worked with me slowly to ease me in. After the 24 adjustments, my neck is not only pain free, but the mobility is back to normal! I highly recommend Icon and the gonstead practice!

I had some neck pain from working from home bending my neck backwords hurt at first, and the process helped improve the functionality/flexibility of my neck by a lot! The adjustments helped, but I also highly recommend that you do the exercises they give you. I think the exercises were very beneficial in my recovery.
