I just signed the the monthly contract for the new year with Dannie. Goal is to start off new year hitting it hard after my camp gladiator workouts!!! So far 5 days in and feel really rejuvenated!!! Shout out to Liz as well, as she is always encouraging at 8:00 a.m. thanks everyone at ichyro!!!

Spoiler: my lower back, hamstring and inner quads felt numb for a while but then it got better. Ok service at an affordable price!

Staff was awesome. Very friendly people. The robe, socks, gloves, and slippers were all abundant and very organized. Very pleasant visit to the location. Cryotherapy felt nice and way better than an ice bath. Would come back and recommend to friends and family

Highly recommend this to everyone. Whether you're an athlete or just a regular gym goer, freezing after putting vigorous strain on the body is very beneficial for recovery. I went during their free trial and it was quite busy. The staff was very attentive and polite to deal with the surge of people. Would definitely come back.

Great experience! Did my whole body, felt great afters, slept like a baby that night. And staff made it comfortable. Can wait to get my facial.

Awesome staff! I get the facial treatment and spot treatment for a very tight neck. Love the refreshing feeling of the facial/head treatment. Easiest facial ever and happy hour time is 1/2 the cost. I also do the full body Cryo. Invigorating beyond explanation!! Helps with energy and mood. Love yo do as much as I can
