Everyone was very nice. I went about 2 hours after they opened to apply and was out of there in 30 mins. Very efficient!

Child Support is a joke. They favor the deadbeat and treat the custodial parent like they are trash. Regardless of how kind and professional you are to them, they repond in a harsh and unprofessional manner. They have a sense of entitlement and do not listen to your concerns. They argue, have a sense of arragants and talk to you like you are scum and beneath them. They do not care about the quality of care or customer service they provide because they obviously can be the worst of the worst and still be employeed living off of our hard earned tax dollars. FYI. Bad stuff happens to good people and just because I'm calling you, doesn't mean I owe you anything. Work on your customer service and remember why you even have a job.

I brought my mom over at 4:45 for a tax credit application. I've given rides to several people who needed similar application interviews in hr Rexburg office, most of these applications are 10 minutes long. However the main receptionist at this office told me that they do not do interviews after 4:30pm and that Ali should come back with my mom tomorrow. I asked her why their phones are turned off, I tried to call before making the drive to their office. She answered that they turn their phones off at 4:30pm. Which I found interesting - the office closes at 5pm but the phones are turned off 30 minutes prior to their closing and they do not want to do any work with anyone who comes in. Very sad. It reminded me of the Soviet Union where employees would just do the bare minimum without any motivation to hurry up and help someone who stopped by before closing.

Absolutely insulting service. The employee was cold and brash. My question was answered, but the lady provided disgusting customer service. Shameful service to those who are in need.

Its not the service it the phone its not working so I can't report my change and I would go down there but my poor son is sick.
