I hired this attorney to represent me in a case against my employer at the time, for discrimination of my pregnancy and the retaliation that followed. After a year of back and fourth and $20k that I paid to have representation.... The employer that I was fighting against, brought me into a room at their lawyers office, The big H&H building in downtown Boise..... where my previous employer said to me, in front of everyone in the room, that "the first six people tucked tail and ran too." My lawyer, should have defended me and walked out of the room for intimidation of his client. But instead he said to me, "what are we even doing here, these guys are good guys...." I definitely do not feel like I was represented correctly and should have fired him on the spot. I dropped the case and within a week my employer offered me my General Manager position back, now that I was no longer suing them or pregnant... I left as fast as I possibly could. People wonder why bad things in the world still happen all the time, its because there are so many people that just want to take advantage of one another, and there is no one left to fight for any kind of justice in this world. And if you do not have money, no one cares what happens to you anymore, your just a number.
