This place is horrible they keep your last if you dont stay the full 180 days getting hair pulled head butted,punched slapped, kicked..They start you out working full time hours then knock you down to two days not worth it...dont do it

This place is the worst, they let their employees come to work sick weather they have a virus or bacterial infection and these people that are in these homes are not well enough to handle either. I don’t think that is right. A place like this should have a policy you do not come to work sick no matter what it is. This clients stay healthy, they are already unhealthy going in. And the supervisors are so rude and inconsiderate of others they shouldn’t be in the positions they have . The rate of pay they pay their employees is absolutely ridiculous for the type of care these clients need. I would never put a child or any one I know in this care facility knowing when the supervisors are and how rude they are and how they Expect other employees to come to work sick and work around the clients that are there to get them sick. I am absolutely astonished about how they are in a care center but they DONT care at all about their clients or their employees.
