Idaho Youth Ranch Thrift Store

I loved this store along with thier staff. What happen? I just returned from AZ. Everything was still good until yesterday! The great staff is replaced with a very non caring and very rude staff. When I came in another customer was having issues and arguing with one of the staff! I didn't think much of it, I know working with the public is not a piece of cake But I did hear the gentleman say” He knew what customer service was and this was unacceptable!!”. As I walked around, I knew someone else was marking the merchandise. Too expensive for a thrift store.. Then I checked out, wow! The lady acted like she was doing me a favor to wait on me!! I mentioned I could only find a few sale tags. She said there out there!! They were not!!! No thank you , have a nice day! I walked out thinking what has this store done !! I doubt if I will go back much at all. So sad, people who are so un happy or whatever, should never be waiting on the public. Just note the staff u had-before, couldn’t of been better. Why change???!

Terrible experience. ask where the money goes they can't tell you and if you get point on a card you can't use them unless you use them all at once

If you are patient there are great deals to be found. I recently got an oak entertainment center for under $30 that was probably over $300 brand new. You do have to shop carefully because sometimes they seem to overprice some of the things they have but smart shoppers can find treasures they can reuse.

This location is fine, but inferior to the Eagle location. One of the attractions of a thrift stores is not knowing what treasure you might find. I've made four visits to this location I've never found anything interesting.

This IYR is not as big or as busy. The staff is sometimes a little standoffish too. But I've found some good deals here, which is probably why you're at IYR...
