Great auto collision repair shop. They repaired my truck, including the replacement of the ground effects fender flares and side steps. They did an excellent job matching the paint. Both Mike and Richelle were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again. BTW they are approved by most insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers. Good company

My insurance company referred me to this place, and I paid Belkis Carsello 500.00 dollars so that they could start ordering some parts. I kept on calling Belkis and after one month an a half she kept telling me that some parts were still in back order. I told her that I was not willing to wait any longer because this was ridiculous and to give me back my deposit, and they refused to give it back because of some expenses In restocking fees. The only thing they were ordering was the roof top glass for my tesla, and it was in back order. WHAT RESTOCKING FEE ? I think that this is very dishonest and unprofessional.Services: Auto glass replacement

Even assisting with a dead battery situation outside of the scope of repairs. I had been sideswiped by an Uber driver the day before heading to California on business. I had the car taken to Ideal because of their reputation fixing Tesla's. The entire team was amazing to deal with. They remained in contact with me throughout the process and keep me in the loop on every step. I was able to track the parts required for the repair and when they were delivered to Ideal. Richelle always answered my emails and took my phone calls when I had a question or concern.
