Ideal Image Albuquerque

There was a miscommunication somewhere down the line. I had a lower belly surgery in August and thought that had been heard and cleared in our virtual consultation. Unfortunately that was not the case. Emails from Ideal Image were going into my spam folder, so I did not realize that I was supposed to fill out more medical information. Since I had heard nothing from Ideal Image in a long while, I called the day before my appointment to see what I needed to do to prep for my appointment and was then told about the additional paperwork. I filled it out and went to my appointment the next day -- only to be told that they could not see me. I needed to wait six months from my surgery date to get the work I wanted done. So, all in all, not a great birthday gift to myself. I have already made the first payment for a treatment that I apparently cannot get until February. Additionally, in my virtual consultation, the very first one where I thought I'd been cleared, I was also told that my loan payments would start AFTER my first appointment. Low and behold this was not the case and I was footed with a late fee of $37. I managed to get the fee waived thankfully. To sum everything up, I decided to take out a $x,000+ loan to get tummy work done for my birthday in November and found out after signing up for the loan that I can't get the work until February. But I still have the loan. Not what I signed up for. I am still pretty dang devastated honestly. I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone. The staff was welcoming. I wish I could give this a better review based on the nice lady I talked to via the tablet at the appointment. She was really sweet. But that is a huge loan to take out and then walk out without the treatment and being told that I have to wait months.Service: CoolSculpting treatments

I'm a new customer to Idea Image and my first appointment and procedure with Katie was was amazing! She made me feel really comfortable because I was really nervous. She took her time and explained everything as she was doing it. I appreciated her professionalism her patience with me as well as her comforting spirit. I hope my next scheduled appointment will be with Katie again.

As always my appointment are quick and easy. My most recent laser appointment was exceptionally great. My nurse Amy, was so lively and fun. She asked me how the previous sessions were and how my progress is going. When it was time she played some music during my session which elevated my experience. When it was all said and done she sent me off with an ice pack and extra aloe for those tender spots.Service: Laser hair removal

I’m almost done with my full course of laser hair removal treatment and had yet another stellar experience. Nurse Amy was delightful! She was very thorough triple checked! with my laser settings and verified my preferences and past experiences and results prior to starting the session. She provided an ice pack after one area which felt lovely, and checked in with me often to make sure I didn’t need any breaks. Amy was a blast to talk to and my whole appointment felt like it flew by in minutes. I never felt an ounce of discomfort. Their staff has been nothing but kind and did their best to accommodate during Covid and when they had some staff turnover causing cancellations and scheduling shortages. Amy was very nice and professional. Laser hair removals can be quite painful, and Amy, being an awesome nurse that she is, made the whole experience quite bearable by being patient, applying cold compresses and taking her time whenever I needed a breather. I have been using the services from Ideal Image for almost 20 years in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, for about the past 5 years the service provided has declined drastically. Having hormonal imbalance issues due to PCOS they have always been very empathetic to my frustration with hair growth and I am always on top of getting my hormones checked but it's still a humiliating topic for me.. I'm tired of the turnover their. Explaining my situation to multiple people. The new receptionists in Albuquerque are rude. I love to show appreciation to people with good service but the ladies won't even smile at you. I won't be back. After 20 years I have found another provider of laser hair removal and other services Ideal Image provides. Also, Asking the management to call you back with concerns is useless. I waited three weeks for the manager to bother to call me back. When she did I was at work and couldn't talk and asked her if I could call her back. What a waste of time. On another note.. They cancel your appointments and don't reschedule them. I had an appointment cancelled 4 times. I got a text hours before my appointment. I had already taken the time off work. Way to be considerate of your customers schedules.

My treatments are not the most pleasant, but my Nurse Amy Nadine makes them as comfortable as possible. She is extremely caring and so professional in the way She explains each step. Scheduling is challenging. No one called me to let me know my appointment was cancelled and when I arrived i was told they did not have anyone to see me. And they should have someone in two weeks. I was contact by cool sculptures to schedule an appointment this past Thursday and I was scheduled for upper and lower stomach procedure, only to find out from the nurse when I arrived that it could not be done.Service: CoolSculpting treatments

If you want the help you get financing for your procedure you need to know that these lovely people will charge you the day you schedule your appointment. Not the day of the procedure but when you schedule. I have already made two payments and I have not received any services yet. They do not explain this to you, its likely in the fine print. They have left a bad taste in my mouth and since they have already charged me I feel commited to he procedure. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I do not have much faith in anything these guys are a part of. Watch out!! Just spoke to Casey from the corporate office and she has refused to refund my money even though I showed up for my scheduled appointment and it was canceled. They have no intention of providing services they are just looking to screw people out of money. I would look for a business with ethics and morals instead. These guys have none.

Update* Today was the first time I felt like they were trying to get me out of the door. It was the fastest hair removal appointment I have had. The guy didn't take the time to ask me any questions. He just started blasting away. I mentioned that the hair seemed to come back quicker this time and he said it was hormonal and I should see my primary. The appointment lasted maybe 3 minutes. I waited longer in the lobby! **** It has been a week and a half and the hair I "had removed" is still there. Maybe if he didn't rush through the process and took his time, he would have gotten what was so clearly there.Service: Laser hair removal
