I have no words for the incredible, amazing, loving and welcoming environment this facility brings me. I transferred here from NYC when the pandemic hit and the nurses here are lovely and efficient. Shout out to Zara, Lori, Katie and the rest of the nurses. Amazing to work with. At the front Sheila and Drakar are super loving welcoming and they are always there to help with all your questions. Customer service was wonderful. It’s not just like a doctors office where you come in and no one speaks to you. Here I was greeted with kindness and wonderful conversation. Danielle is a darling was so kind to me. You can tell customer service is very important here. My nurse Shayna was amazing too!
I started coming to Ideal Image of Langhorne just for laser hair removal but this location has quickly become a place I look forward to visiting every time even if the procedures I’m getting done are a little painful!. The staff are incredibly helpful, as well as knowledgeable, and I feel like I walk away from every visit having learned something more about the treatments that I’m getting or other services offered by the clinic. The nurses are all incredibly attentive and make you feel very comfortable upon arrival. I recently had a consultation with Dakar and instantly I knew I was in good hands. Nadia is amazing! Hands down my favorite girl there. She’s very meticulous. She says some people thinks she’s talks too much, I think it’s great! It takes your mind off of the procedures being performed and in turn that makes the time fly by! I would 10/10 recommend her and ideal image for laser hair removal!Service: Laser hair removal
Want to waste thousands of dollars, get no results, and get treated like garbage? Ideal Image is for you! In my previous review, I explained how I spent $3,500 for Cool Sculpting and saw no results at all. Naturally, “the owner” replied to my review with the typical, generic “we’re so sorry, please call us so we can assist” response. I spoke with a customer service representative who was of no help to me. She couldn’t offer me a partial refund or additional sessions. After multiple calls, she pawned me off to someone else who might be able to “do more,” which wouldn’t be hard because she has done nothing for me at this point. The next person I spoke with was rude, condescending, and completely dismissive of my concerns. It was like they were doing a favor talking to me. They claimed to speak to a clinician about why I did not get results from my treatment. Their feedback was “we sold you eight Cool Sculpting cycles, but you need eight more to see results.” I got no results from eight cycles, but buying another eight will work for me? The commission must be great here to knowingly lie to their clients like this. I asked why was this not disclosed up front if I needed more sessions to see results. Of course, they couldn’t answer this. Eventually they told me the best they could do was add two more cycles to my account. I was disgusted at this point, but I figured this was better than nothing. But they never added the cycles to my account so I couldn’t schedule my sessions. I followed up numerous times with both customer service people, and I continually reach their voicemail. Either they knowingly lied to me to get me off the phone, or they’re too incompetent to add the sessions to my account as promised. I’ll never step foot in this dump again, and I hope every prospective client reading this books services elsewhere.
Nadia was amazing, Explained everything so well. was very attentive if i was feeling any discomfort. which I was not. Had a wonderful experience. Made me completely comfortable in a very shall i say exposed procedure. I understand how the procedure works even more now. Gave me tips for next time. So nice she gave me aloe, my first treatment didnt include that I hope I get Nadia again on my next appointment. Cant say enough great things about her. I had my first consultation today with Laurie Scott and I'm solooking forward to having this done. I've had laser hair removal done beforewith a doctor's office and it didn't fully work. I've had friends recommend Ideal Image and they gave nothing but good reviews. Never had their hair grow back and never needed a touch up. The best part about Laurie, we just talked on the phone like we were lifelong friends. She didn't have to sell me on the services or convince me to have it done, so she just got straight to the point with the information I needed and answering my questions. I already knew I wanted and needed another round of treatment, since it didn't fully work with my previous treatment at my doctors office, so it was great that she didn't have to give me a sales person pitch. Nadia is awesome. She is super quick with the laser hair removal. I was in and out in less than 15min! She also made sure to keep my mind off the pain by keeping me talking and breathing.
